Formal Courses: Individual modules can be taken in Horse Care I, II, and III. Advanced Certificate in Applied Management (Horse Management) is a course designed for managers, supervisors, or people who wish to work up to these positions within their industry. Certificate in Agriculture is designed as a base level qualification for technicians working in Agriculture. Associate Diploma in Animal Husbandry is a broad-based program that can be adapted to include a number of Horse Care modules. Advanced Diploma in Agriculture is designed for high level managers in the agricultural industry. Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) is a full degree program offered through Warnborough University, with modules developed by ACS Distance Education. Short Courses: Animal Breeding provides a broad understanding of animal breeding and its application if farming. Animal Husbandry I, II, and III provide a solid introduction to the anatomy and physiology of farm animals, animal health, and animal feeding. Horse Care I, II, and III cover terminology, horse psychology, using tack, parts of the body, the digestive system, evaluating the value of a paddock, grooming for different purposes, business applications, management of horses and health problems.
