Independent, college preparatory co-educational day and boarding school for students preschool through 12th grade. The instructional program offers the entire spectrum of hunt seat instruction. From introductory horsemanship to national hunter/jumper competitions, the needs of any rider are met. Lessons are available daily and are offered to the general public as well as to Andres Osborne Academy students. For the student who decides that riding is really his or her sport, Andrews offers a wide range of horse show opportunities. Participation in a variety of equestrian events, from local schooling shows to OPHA and USA Equestrian “A,” “B,” and “C”-rated shows, is encouraged. Several rated shows are held on campus, in addition to student shows and hunter paces. Some equestrians like to go on the road to hit the “big” shows, and the school is proud to offer one of the most academically supportive programs in the country! The Andrews Osborne Academy faculty understands that a strong student can meet his or her academic and competitive goals, and the art of balancing both can be the best lesson of all! Andrews Osborne Academy is the founding site of the Interscholastic Equestrian Association and was the host site for the 2003 USAE Pony Finals.
