The coaching certification objectives: To ensure the availability of quality coaching to all members in all parts of the country. To provide a graduated level of achievement for coaches to aspire to. Community Coach: Competent to coach beginner riders of all ages. Grade One: Competent to coach beginner competition riders and horses (up to 1.10 Show Jumping, Novice Eventing and Dressage). Grade Two: Competent to coach to a Medium standard (Medium Dressage, 1.30 Show Jumping and Intermediate Eventing). Grade Three: There is only a specialist discipline strand at this level. Competent to coach to National Championship Standards (Grand Prix Dressage, World Cup Show Jumping and CCI**). Grade Four: National Team and/or Squad Coach Discipline specialist (Nominated by a discipline). There are four national providers currently delivering the National Certificate in Equine (Community Coach), National Certificate in Equine (Grade One).
