Class size is normally four to six students with a four-to-one student/instructor ratio to ensure individualized instruction. Upon completion of this course, you will be trained to begin a business in equine massage therapy. You will be able to identify and discuss major muscles and muscle groups. You’ll also understand how muscles work and what can cause problems in the equine musculature. You’ll spend an extensive amount of time learning hands-on massage, various strokes, application techniques, and theory. The unique, hands-on lecture series allows you to learn and comprehend more than you would believe possible. The 150-hour program has been accepted by several fully accredited universities for full semester credit, and students from those institutions can apply that credit toward their bachelor or master degrees. Students can also earn up to a 300-hour certification through additional classes now available. Visit our website for further details!
