Horseridingcoach.com has developed an effective system for training and establishing an infra structure for the equestrian industry. We are a Registered Training Organization (RTO) and offer a complete Instructor Training System leading to Certificate III and IV in Sport Coaching Equestrian. Our system is nationally approved Vocational Education by the Department of Employment, Training and the Art. The Training System is divided in 14 Modular Units covering: care and management of horses, safety and risk management procedures, riding and teaching progressive horse riding skills, and how to set up and run an effective equestrian center. The Training System is supported by: 1. Extensive texts including clear and simple explanations. Identification of the most common problems and mistakes riders may make and prioritizing of corrections. 2. A range of DVDs underpinning the texts. 3. A complete testing and assessment system for the theory components using multiple choice, fill in the blank, drag and drop, hot spot and hot objects and true and false questions. 4. An Assessment Guide with detailed Assessment Criteria for all practical Learning Outcomes to record the student’s progress. 5. Above resources are available by correspondence in hard copy or for study on line through our Learning Management System.
