Riding Program: Six weeks in the fall for students who choose Horse activity. Students learn rudiments of Western riding and horse care and enjoy our wonderful national forest trails. We ride 2-3 days a week for two hours a day. Our horse program is over 50 years old - the oldest activity in the school. Horses students may also take one weekend camp trip with horses and a 6-day horse trip in Utah. Our horses are well-bred and active Quarter horses built for mountain riding. Our riding instructor is a ranch-bred cowgirl who is also a three-day eventer with over 20 years experience with kids and horses.
