$4,000 Introductory Course; $3,000 Advanced Course. Housing and meals are not included, but local facilities give student discounts (information available at www.montyroberts.com). Accommodation is provided during the Instructor Internship period of three months. 
Facilities: 
The 110-acre farm includes lush, green, manicured lawns and pastures, beautiful stables and barns, and a 24,000-square-foot covered arena, one-half-mile training track, starting gate, chute, round pens, two covered and reining cow horse training facilities with a 100ft x 100ft cutting pen and a 140ft x 280ft arena.

Both the Introductory and Advanced Courses are designed as ten-month programs however they can be completed in less time. The Introductory Course is divided into four segments: 1) Two weeks of learning at Flag Is Up Farms (FIUF). 2) Three to ten months of fieldwork study (student’s place of origin). Students provide video to the Learning Center and receive advice and instruction. 
3) During this same time period, students commence online learning in areas of feeding, nutrition, breeding, foaling, horse performance, stable management, and horse psychology. 4) One week of review and examination. The Advanced Course is presented in three segments: 1) Three weeks of intense study at FIUF covering the initial gentling, halter work, starting horses to saddle, bridle, and long lining, plus dealing with horses that present remedial behavioral problems. 2) Three to ten months of fieldwork study, (students place of origin). Students provide video to the Learning Center and receive advice and instruction. 3) Two weeks of review and examination. The Instructor’s Internship is completed at FIUF where students aid in assisting the Monty Roberts Equestrian Academy for a three-month training period.  Interns are selected and approved to complete the program.
