Our riders choose St. Andrews for our strong academics as well as for our nationally recognized riding program. If you are interested in blending Equine Studies with other disciplines, you may find that a major in Equine Business Management is the perfect combination. Graduating with a BA in Business Administration with a specialization in Equine Business Management prepares you for many careers in and out of the equestrian industry. Or you may choose to major in another discipline such as Psychology, Biology, Art or Politics while pursuing a minor in Equine Studies. Pre-Veterinary studies may be your interest if you are planning to attend veterinary school or become a Veterinarian Technician. The options are limitless and the professors at St. Andrews will work with you to help you obtain your goals. "Multi-faceted" truly describes our program because you can tailor it to fit your needs. We try to offer opportunities for every rider: the recreational rider, the beginning rider, the serious amateur, and the aspiring professional. Do you want to board your own horse? Major in a field that will lead to a job in the horse industry? Compete? Work at the barn? If any answer is "yes," come see what it takes to be a rider at St. Andrews, because we are going to have something for you.
